It is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with the latest version of the Ticket Room Terms & Conditions each time you visit the website. These Terms & Conditions do not cover or outline all of our Purchase Policy clauses. Users should ensure they have read the Ticket Room Purchase Policy in full before placing an order.

Failure to obey the rules outlined within the following Terms & Conditions, or any actions of which violate UK legislation, may result in Ticket Room terminating your use and access to the website. Ticket Room reserves the right to permanently or temporarily block any individual, user account and/ or IP address (including mobile & portable devices) without warning or explanation. In circumstances of which Ticket Room deems it necessary to do so, Ticket Room will advise venues, events and/ or event managers that your attendance to their event(s) is not advised and cancel your ticket access as instructed.In such circumstances, a full refund or a part refund may not be provided.

1) Users & accounts

(a) Ticket Room reserves the right to permanently or temporarily deactivate, block and/ or change the password of a user account at any time without warning or explanation.

(b) Users of Ticket Room must ensure their login details for their account are stored securely and are not predictable. Users must ensure their account is not left accessible by any third party. Users should change the password to their user account frequently to ensure theaccounts upmost security. Ticket Room accepts no responsibility or loss as a result of user accounts being accessed by a third party, including any scenarios not listed within these Terms & Conditions. Users are responsible for all activity carried out within their user account and are responsible for contacting Ticket Room to report any suspicious activity within the account.

(c) Users should ensure theircontact details, of which are held on their user account, are correct and up to date at all times. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that their e-mail provider allows e-mails from Ticket Room to be received. Transactions/ activities including (but not limited to) ticket purchases and refunds will be confirmed via e-mail. It is the user’s responsibility to check that the e-mail has been received and to save the e-mail and its content accordingly. Failure to receive a confirmation e-mail should be reported/ queried immediately so that further confirmation of the transaction/ activity can be provided. Ticket Room may not store such e-mails and/ or data beyond the period of 30 days, therefore, does not accept responsibility or loss as a result of confirmation e-mails not being received or saved, whether or not the user claims to have attempted to contact us.

2) Events & descriptions

(a) Ticket Room advertises and sells tickets to events on behalf of third party event organisers and acts as a payment platform and admission administration manager only.

(b) Ticket Room cannot be held responsible for any offensive, abusive or threatening words or images that may be posted on the Ticket Room website by third party event organisers, or any other third party. Ticket Room screens and monitors all events closely to ensure a friendly & safe environment, but do not guarantee the Ticket Room website to be completely free of such material. Upon your discovery of such material, we request you to contact Ticket Room immediately so that the complaint can be investigated and the appropriate action taken.

(c) Ticket Room cannot be held responsible for any offensive, abusive, illegal or threatening words, images, actions or performances which may take place at events advertised on Ticket Room. We select our events carefully based on the above factors but do not guarantee these events to be free of such behaviour and/ or material. Ticket Room may handover personal information in relation to such only to legal authorities such as (but not limited to) the Police or the English Courts.

(d) Ticket Room is not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, event organisers and/ or other third party in connection or referenced on the Ticket Room website.

(e) Ticket Room and third party event organisers cannot be held responsible for any misunderstand or miscommunication within event descriptions which may lead to losses of any kind to website visitors who have not used Ticket Room to purchase event tickets, but for information purposes. It is the website users responsibility to verify details such as (but not limited to) venue name, venue address, event date, ticket prices and performances.

(f) If tickets are purchased using the Ticket Room system but errors such as those outlined in section 2.E occur, Ticket Room is not liable or responsible for losses of any kind that may occur. No financial shortfall can occur on Ticket Rooms’ behalf in relation to such a claim. Ticket Room may however assist the user in their compensation claim with the third party event organisers, but does not guarantee such actions will be taken in every case. (g) Website users must read event descriptions in full as events may have their own Terms & Conditions. Ticket Room accepts no responsibility to any breeches of these Terms & Conditions as a result of the web page or the website being unavailable. Ticket Room does not guarantee the Terms & Conditions to be legitimate or fair. Discovery of illegal and/ or potentially unethical Terms & Conditions from event organisers should be reported to Ticket Room immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

3) Permitted use & Commercial use

(a) You are authorised to use this website only for personal and domestic use and must not carry out actions such as (but not limited to); downloading, duplicating, publishing, modifying, distributing or printing any part of this website or the data contained within the website other than for the purpose of reviewing event information for non-commercial reasons only. Any other use of the above must be authorised by the Ticket Room Managing Director in writing and signed by them only.

(b) You are authorised to direct other users to this website and to share the website’s URL’s only for personal social benefit. You must not distribute this website or any of the websites URL’s for the purpose of financial benefit for yourself or any other individual or company. Actions which conflict with the Ticket Room Terms & Conditions must be authorised in advanced by the Ticket Room Managing Director in writing and signed by them only.

(c) Any individual or company who is found to be acting in breach of the Ticket Room Terms & Conditions, including all of section 3, may be investigated. Following our internal investigation, appropriate civil and/ or criminal legal action will be taken to reclaim all losses to Ticket Room as a result of these actions along with additional compensation.

4) Copyright

(a) All material within the Ticket Room website is copyrighted and protected under treaty provisions and world-wide copyright laws.

(b) Ticket Room material including (but not limited to) the Ticket Room logo may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted, uploaded and/ or printed in anyway without written & signed permission from the Ticket Room Managing Director only.

(c) Users who submit material on to the Ticket Room website must ensure the material does not infringe the copyright rights or other rights of third parties. Ticket Room accepts no responsibility for any material submitted by website users that is protected by copyright laws, or for any loss that may occur as a result. After proper notification by the copyright holder, Ticket Room will remove the content to protect the holder from further loss. If it is deemed appropriate, Ticket Room may remove material before any notification has been given.

5) Directors’permission

(a) Sections of the Ticket Room Terms & Conditions states that individuals or companies must have signed written consent from the Ticket Room Managing Director to carry out actions which may be seen as breaching the Ticket Room Terms & Conditions. Written consent does not limit Ticket Room to any legal proceedings if it is found the individual or company has breached the agreement stated within the Managing Directors consent and/ or other terms within the Terms & Conditions.

(b) If signed written consent is given, the individual or company must ensure they have a copy available at all times. It is the responsibility of the individual or company to take reasonable measures to ensure that the consent document is not fraudulent and has been issued by the Managing Director and not another individual, regardless of if the individual is (or claims to be) an employee or representative of Ticket Room.

6) Access, interference & disclaimer

a) You agree that you will not use any software, routine or device to attempt to interfere or disrupt the Ticket Room website and/ orits system. You agree that you will not carry out any actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our website and/ or its system. If you are found to be carrying out such actions we may carry out an internal investigation and will take civil and/ or criminal legal action to regain any financial loss as a result of your actions and/ or to claim compensation.

(b) Ticket Room does not guarantee an error free or a consistent service. The Ticket Room website and/ or its system is available on an “as and when” basis. This includes (but is not limited to) accessing your user account, accessing electronic tickets, purchasing event tickets or reviewing event details. As a user of Ticket Room, you must ensure that you perform any necessary actions such as (but not limited to) printing your electronic tickets and purchasing event tickets in advanced so that any disruptions in our services, system and/ or website does not cause any loss to yourself. Ticket Room will not be held responsible for any loss incurred as a result of any of the above or similar scenarios, including (but not limited to) being refused access into an event because your electronic ticket was not printed and/ or is no longer accessible.

(c) Ticket Room does not guarantee that data you download from our website or from our e-mails will be free of viruses, contamination and/ or destructive features. Ticket Room disclaims responsibility of damage to any device as a result of visiting our website or reading an e-mail sent by us including (but not limited to); direct, indirect, incidental and punitive and consequential damages.

Links & search results
(a) Ticket Room provides a search feature for website users to use, but does not guarantee the results of searches to be correct or error free. Ticket Room accepts no financial responsibility of accidental or mistaken purchases as a result of using the Ticket Room search feature. Users of the website must ensure that they are purchasing the correct ticket when proceeding through the checkout stages.

(b) Ticket Room does not guarantee all URL’s within the Ticket Room website to lead to the correct internal webpage. Ticket Room continuously tests and checks the website to ensure all URL’s are named correctly and their results coincide. However, no guarantee or responsibility is taken that mistakes will not occur. It is the users responsibility to check the content on each individual webpage to ensure they are performing the correct actions, including (but not limited to) b event tickets, checking event information and/ or printing event tickets. Ticket Room is not responsible for any loss as a result of these (or similar) circumstances occurring.

(c) The Ticket Room website may direct users to other websites within the World Wide Web as a result of a search, a URL within an event description, or, due to an error within the website system. Ticket Room does not have control over these sites or the content within them. Ticket Room accepts no responsibility for content viewed on external websites which are viewed as a result of using the Ticket Room website. This disclaimer includes (but does not limit to) responsibility of any damage or losses to electronic devices which were used to display the external website.

7) Reasonable liability guarantee

(a) Ticket Room is not exempt from UK legislations or from legitimate liability claims where as a result of our breeching of these Terms & Conditions and/or other relevant agreements or legislations, loss has incurred against you.

(b) Scenarios which are deemed to being unreasonable or unforeseeable are exempt from our liability. Ticket Room accepts no liability in such circumstances including (but not limited to) acts of god, war, civil disorder, industrial dispute, fraud orany criminal activity carried out by an individual.

(c) Ticket Room is not responsible for any offense, loss, injury or death that may occur within events advertised on the Ticket Room website. Users of the website agree that Ticket Room is not associated or affiliated with any of the venues or event organisers in respect of Health & Safety and other UK legislations even if the Ticket Room logo is displayed and/ or if Ticket Room employees are present at the event and/ or venue.

(d) All paragraphs, sub-paragraphs and clauses within these Terms & Conditions should be read construed independently of each other. Failure by Ticket Room to act within these Terms & Conditions, other agreement(s) and/ or UK legislations does not invalidate or waiver any other agreement, paragraph, sub paragraph or clause.

8) Severability & Waiver

(a) Although in some cases multiple clauses may be applicable to each other, all paragraphs, sub-paragraphs and clauses within these Terms & Conditions should be read construed independently of each other. If any part(s) of these Terms & Conditions are found to be invalid or illegal, it shall not affect the remaining paragraphs, sub paragraphs or clauses.

(b)Failure by Ticket Room to act on or enforce any part of these Terms & Conditions is not to be taken as or deemed as a waiver of the relevant paragraph, sub paragraphs, clause or any other part of these Terms & Conditions. Ticket Room reserves the right to selectively respond to anindividual’s breeches of these Terms & Conditions.

9) Disputes

(a) Ticket Room is registered and operates within the United Kingdom. Any disputes should be dealt with directly through Ticket Room and not a third party individual and/ or company. Ticket Room cannot be held liable for any misleading or offensive comments made by third parties in response to disputes relating to our company.

(b) Users of Ticket Room should initially attempt to resolve disputes via the company before publicly broadcasting the dispute or notifying any member(s) of the media. Failure to do so in an unreasonable manor may result in potential resolutions and ‘goodwill’ offers being withdrawn.

(c) In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of or access to this site, litigation must be brought in court in England, unless an out of court negotiation is agreed by all parties.
